First contact for your Asian Wedding Photography / Videography needs:
Now that the venue is booked it is time that you should start looking for suppliers and photographers / videographers that will make the wedding spectacular. It is wise to start looking for an Asian Wedding Photographer as soon as you have booked the venue. Sometimes, especially for Asian Weddings, photographers and videographers get booked even up to 3 years in advance! It is important to either pick up the phone, email, or send a whatsapp to the photographer or videographer as soon as you know of the venue.
Asian Wedding Photography packages and what is included in your package:
We believe in transparency and uniformity in prices and quality. No matter how big or small a wedding might be and no matter what the venue is – our prices are quite standard and we list those on our website. When you contact us, we will tell you of the price as well as what is included in the package or service. We will tell you about the services and what you will get in return for the price you pay.
Booking your Asian Wedding Photography / Videography package:
Once you are happy and satisfied and would like to proceed with the booking. We will ask you to make a deposit direct into our bank account with your name as a reference. Since we are a professional organization we take deposits directly into our bank account. This way it is easy for us to track your booking. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that you have engaged a company that will not make off with your money and without traceability.
Preparations for the wedding:
While you are preparing for your wedding, it is important that you also let us know of any special requirements you have. For example, if you have planned fireworks, please do let us know beforehand so that our photographers / videographers know to capture this important moment.
We also request that you nominate someone to be our co-ordinator. The co-ordinators acts as a point person on the day of the function and helps us in identifying key family members and friends and also gives us an idea of what is planned during the wedding.
Asian Weddings can be chaotic and bustling with activities like multiple “rasams”. Sometimes, we will need to make our way to get to a good vantage point and a co-ordinator can help us do that without offending any guests.
Balance cleared for your Asian Wedding Photography / Videography Service:
We require all the balances to be cleared before the day of the functions. We will make arrangements with you so that all the services you have booked have been paid for in full.
The day of the Wedding:
Bang!!! Today is the big day. Needless to say, majority of the couples would be extremely nervous. There would be so many things running in your head that sometimes it can be overwhelming. Our Asian Wedding Photographers and Videographers usually come early to the venue. We do this so that first of all you can be at ease knowing that this is one less thing to worry about and secondly, we would like to take images of the venue, perpetrations etc. so that we are able to document everything and how the day progressed.
It is your big day, so relax. You are in good hands and our Wedding Photographers and Videographers are experts in their fields. They will mostly be unobtrusive and will mostly take candid shots. However, when they do have to take posed and setup shots – such as during the couple photo shoot – they will try their best to make you feel comfortable.
We love natural photos. It is these wedding photos that in our opinion come out the best.
Receiving photos from your wedding:
In a few days time after your wedding we will send you all images from the function. We send all images via applications such as WeTransfer or Dropbox. We will be happy to also provide you the images on a USB flash drive as long as you provide us with a USB. We do have premium packages in which we can provide you customised USB’s / DVD’s etc. Please enquire with us before hand if you are interested in these customised items.
Reviewing your photos:
Once you have received your photos – we would love to receive your feedback. It is very gratifying when we know that our clients are extremely happy with their wedding photographs. After all they form the biggest part of the memories from the most important day of your life.
Reviews from customers:
Reviews from customers shared on various internet sites and applications such as Google help us quite a bit. Instead of receiving “tips” we prefer receiving good reviews. It keeps our team motivated and gives them the satisfaction of knowing that they have done a good job.
Albums, Slides Shows and Wedding Video:
Depending on the package, if you are getting an album made, we will ask you to make a selection of a number of photos. We will edit these photos and will make a layout for you. Normally from the time a selection of photos is given to us, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks to get you a layout of the album. Layouts are sent via email and in lo-resolution. Once we have the okay from you we will then send the album for printing. From the time of getting “okay to print” till the time you actually receive the album it might take between 6 to 10 weeks.
For clients who have chosen to get a Slide show of their wedding photos – after receiving the selection from clients – it takes us between 4 to 8 weeks to send the slide show via Wetransfer, email or DropBox.
For Wedding films – before we start editing – we require our customers to provide us with titles they would like to put in their wedding film as well as any other photos/clips (maybe from their childhood etc.) We also request our clients to provide us with their selection of music/songs/nasheeds – even though we cannot guarantee that we will be incorporate the choice (either fully or partially), we will try our utmost best to incorporate those songs in the edited film. Once we have received all the required – it can take between 8 to 10 weeks to provide the first edit of the film. The edited film will have highlights, titles and clips from the function.
